今日ご紹介させていただくのは
《爆速!糖質0g麺で釜玉うどん風》です♪
麺つゆで食べるのも美味しいけど、釜玉うどんは出汁醤油でしょ!ということ…なんですが!!
なんと、出汁醤油を持っていなかったので(^▽^;)
レンジで簡単に手作りしてみました!
甘さ控えめで美味しく出来ました♪
鰹節との相性抜群\( ‘ω’)/

♦今回使用した麺は、茹でずに食べれる麺なので、温めすぎると麺がきれてしまうのでササっとお湯を通そう!!(麺の種類によって異なります)
♦麺の水気はしっかり切る!せっかくの出汁が薄くなってしまうと美味しく食べれない((+_+))
