豚トロをゲットしたので、大好きな刻み生姜と一緒に炊き込みご飯にしました(#^.^#) 思っていた以上に豚トロが柔らかくてびっくり♪
薬味には、水にさらしたミョウガとカイワレをたっぷり乗せて美味しく頂きました( *´艸`)
