大根の下部分は水分が少なく味が染みこみやすいので漬物を作るにはぴったりなんです(#^^#)

♦漬けダレは一度煮立たせたら、粗熱が取れるまで冷ましてから大根と合わせる
♦タレと大根は軽く揉み込み、ジップロックの空気を抜いて軽く真空状態にして閉めると味が染みこみやすい♪
