野菜の火入れ具合をマスターしたら、野菜炒めなどもシャキッと食感で本格的に仕上がりますよ♪
今回、初めてたけのこの代わりに千切りごぼうを代用しましたが、けっこう合って美味しかったです♪お家にある半端に残っているお肉や野菜を入れて作ってみてください(*^_^*)b
