豆板醤を使ったピリ辛のオリジナル特製ダレです♪
お豆腐やトマトに水分があるので、食べたときに丁度いい濃さになるように作っています♪♪
トマトの甘味も豆板醤にピッタリ★

沢山入れると美味しいけど、かすかに「ごま油」がいるなってわかるくらいが美味しさのポイント♪♪
